Abstract
Le point de départ de la réflexion menée est une expérience d’éducation populaire qui a eu une importance cruciale dans mon parcours philosophique. Il s’agit d’une formation au cours de laquelle j’ai été amenée, à ma grande surprise, à créer une conférence gesticulée sur le thème de la place des femmes en philosophie. C’est cela qui m’a permis de conscientiser l’oppression intellectuelle vécue en philosophie du fait de mon genre. Et c’est de cette expérience que je date le renouveau de mon désir de philosopher. Dans cet article, je m’interroge sur ce que cette méthode d’éducation populaire, mais aussi le féminisme qui en a été pour moi le prolongement, peuvent apporter à la philosophie. De quelles façons peuvent-ils contribuer à démasculiniser la philosophie ?
