Cet article s’appuie sur deux études qualitatives menées en Suisse auprès de vingt jeunes ayant des besoins éducatifs particuliers ainsi que de leurs parents. Il décrit et analyse les enjeux et les défis liés à la transition vers la formation postsecondaire pour ces jeunes. Différentes formes d’accessibilité posent question, comme l’accès à une formation postsecondaire ou à une formation certifiante ou le maintien et la mise en place de certains aménagements auxquels ces jeunes ont droit. L’article propose des pistes pour dépasser une vision encore très individuelle et compensatoire des besoins des jeunes et pour cheminer vers des pratiques plus universelles au niveau postsecondaire en Suisse.
