Avec l’augmentation du nombre de personnes étudiantes en situation de handicap en enseignement supérieur, le réseau collégial québécois a dû s’adapter à une diversité croissante de besoins, notamment liés aux situations de handicap invisible. Une équipe de recherche a exploré les représentations sociales des personnes enseignantes sur l’inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap ainsi que sur leurs rôles et responsabilités dans ce processus. Les résultats révèlent des perceptions positives, mais des distinctions persistent entre les représentations sociales des situations de handicap visible et invisible. Des résistances, surtout envers les pratiques évaluatives inclusives, demeurent. L’adoption de la conception universelle de l’apprentissage apparait comme une solution prometteuse pour répondre aux besoins de toute la population étudiante.
