Abstract
Notre article analyse les adaptations du cadre d’accompagnement pour des personnes en « précarité absolue », à partir d’une expérience en addictologie avec hébergement. Après avoir différencié précarité et pauvreté, nous décrivons les dimensions de la précarité et le lien entre précarité psychique et symptômes sociaux (errance, addictions). Nous montrons comment l’institution ajuste son cadre, passant parfois au modèle réparateur de l’aide, et analysons les suites de cet engagement, marqué par un contre-transfert institutionnel agressif. Enfin, nous discutons la place du soin psychique, postulant que la précarité absolue est une manière de se défendre, et non une simple conséquence psychique.
