Abstract
Les femmes judiciarisées qui ont un trouble de santé mentale présentent un risque important d’exposition à des événements potentiellement traumatiques qui peuvent mener au développement d’un trauma complexe. Cela peut accroître le nombre de difficultés vécues et complexifier le processus de désistement du crime. Cette étude qualitative exploratoire se penche sur les manifestations du trauma complexe chez des femmes judiciarisées de 18 à 24 ans présentant un trouble de santé mentale pour en connaître les répercussions sur les différents temps de la carrière criminelle, dont le désistement. Le but poursuivi est de suggérer des pratiques adaptées à la réalité de ces femmes.
