PONDERAÇÕES INICIAIS SOBRE O FASCISMO SOCIAL E O CONTRAPONTO DA CIDADE EDUCADORA

Abstract
O termo fascismo tem ressurgido na contemporaneidade, designando modelos de governo totalitários, permeados de inclinação neoliberal. Nessa medida, faz-se necessário pensar formas de contrapor esse sistema que exclui e desconsidera direitos mínimos do ser humano. O presente artigo possui o objetivo de traçar uma rota investigativa, ainda que preliminar, sobre o surgimento do fascismo social na atualidade, oriundo da crise do contrato social da modernidade e pela influência neoliberal, principalmente no Brasil. Com esse arcabouço teórico e conceitual, a pergunta de pesquisa pretende indagar: como a cidade educadora pode atuar em contraponto à influência fascista de cunho neoliberal? Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória e bibliográfica, ancorada no método analítico-hermenêutico. Inicialmente, para a construção dos conceitos, serão utilizados pensadores como Antunes (2020), Santos (2010, 2021), Castells (2020), Dardot e Laval (2016), Foucault (2008), Stanley (2020), Cabezudo (2004), Lefevre (2001). Para o início da pesquisa, foi feita uma análise dos conceitos chaves, a fim de construir uma possível resposta à pergunta que move essa exploração, propondo conclusões, ainda que provisórias, nas análises e reflexões finais. Como resultado da pesquisa, consideramos que a cidade educadora, por seus princípios, preceitos e amplitude de ação, pode ser uma possibilidade potente de resistência ao modelo do fascismo social.
