Abstract
Dans le paysage évolutif des soins infirmiers, la gestion de la douleur postopératoire est toujours d’actualité. Cet article propose d’explorer l’application de la chronothérapie dans le traitement de la douleur aigüe, telle qu’elle est conceptualisée par la théorie d’Auvil-Novak. En prenant pour point de départ une situation clinique, cet article offre un éclairage inédit sur une approche temporelle de l’administration des analgésiques. Cette démarche illustre l’importance d’une pratique infirmière fondée sur la théorie, démontrant comment l’intégration des théories infirmières peut enrichir la réflexion clinique et ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives pour améliorer la qualité des soins postopératoires.
