Institutional Support Systems in the Internationalization of Higher Education Internationalization of higher education: theoretical foundationsToday, humanitarian factors are becoming the most important trends that determine the prospects of any economy.Highly intelligent industries, as well as the latest production technologies, based on intelligence as the main production resource of the latest technological system, have become the determining vectors of the growth of such a humanitarian economy, which uses a fundamentally new type of production resource -humanitarian (intellectual).For example, such countries as Norway, Canada, Germany, Ireland, and Austria have already reoriented their economies to the creation and use of modern knowledge, which provides more than 50% growth of national wealth.Today, the leading countries in terms of Internet penetration are Malta (78.8%),Sweden (74.9%),Denmark (69.4%), the Netherlands (65.9%),Finland (62.5%), the United States (68.1%),Canada (67.9%), and Japan (67.2%) 1 .Therefore, it is no coincidence that the United Nations "Human Development Report" 2 ranks these countries among the top ten in terms of the human development index.All of this demonstrates the effectiveness of social management models in these countries.In the conditions of revolutionary changes in production and information technologies, due to the requirements of integration processes, new tasks of managing socio-economic processes are being formed:-accumulation of intellectual capital;-identification and dissemination of information and experience;-creation of preconditions for dissemination and transfer of knowledge.This, in turn, determines a new function of social management -the comprehensive development and management of the nation's intellectual capital -the main competitive advantage of the country in the modern knowledge society 3 .Intellectual capital management based on the internationalization of higher education is the management of knowledge that helps to systematically, accurately, and consistently generate, update, and apply it in order to maximize organizational performance and profit from knowledge-based assets.Knowledge management based on the internationalization of higher education has two main objectives:1. efficiency, the use of knowledge to increase production by reducing costs;2. innovation, the creation of new products and services, new enterprises, and new business processes.The analysis of scientific research on national educational proposals shows that the issues of studying the impact of modern integration processes in the field of education and its international partnership are becoming increasingly relevant.The scientific works of many scholars are devoted to the conceptual principles of the process of internationalization of higher education, in particular, F.
