Abstract
We report the case of a newborn with an atypical giant congenital melanocytic naevus (GCMN) of the right lower limb harbouring a ZEB2::ALK fusion. Treatment with an anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitor led to a striking clinical response, allowing surgical debulking and functional limb preservation. This case highlights the potential role of targeted therapy in the management of an unresectable ALK-positive GCMN.
