Abstract
cultivated in Matrigel to establish an organoid model and subsequently grown on filter inserts, enabling functional assessment in Ussing chamber experiments. In controls, claudin-10 was strongly expressed in acinar canaliculi but absent from ductal TJs, whereas C10b iKOs lacked claudin-10b expression in salivary glands.Saliva volume was decreased (17631 l vs 766 l, p<0.05),Na + (775 mM vs 1255 mM, p<0.01) and Cl -(1023 mM vs 1233 mM, p<0.01) concentrations increased, K + concentration (301 mM vs 391 mM, p<0.01) decreased in three control vs three induced animals (mean SEM, Student's t-test).Organoids expressed Cldn10b, transepithelial resistance ranged from 60 to 700 cm 2 and carbachol elicited transient currents, indicating active Cl -secretion. ConclusionsOur data demonstrate the functional relevance of our models for dissecting the role of claudin-10b in the salivary secretion pathway.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
