Abstract
A gestação heterotópica é uma condição rara, caracterizada pela ocorrência simultânea de uma gestação intrauterina e uma gestação ectópica. Apesar de pouco frequente em gestações espontâneas, sua incidência tem aumentado com o uso de técnicas de reprodução assistida. Objetiva-se através do presente relato descrever um caso de gestação heterotópica espontânea, cuja apresentação clínica foi marcada por instabilidade hemodinâmica secundária à rotura tubária, em associação com uma gestação intrauterina inviável. Desse modo, foi possível observar que o manejo cirúrgico imediato foi fundamental para a boa evolução do quadro clínico da paciente, o que permite concluir que a abordagem precoce é essencial para um desfecho favorável em casos semelhantes.
