Este artigo analisa a crise da democracia liberal no neoliberalismo, que molda subjetividades através do individualismo competitivo, corroendo valores democráticos. Com base em pensadores como Dardot, Laval e Foucault, examina como o sujeito neoliberal internaliza a lógica empresarial, reduzindo a política a mera gestão técnica. Propõe uma governamentalidade de esquerda alternativa baseada na interdependência e no conceito de simbionte político que rejeita identidades fixas. Defende a descolonização do desejo e a construção de novos fundamentos éticos para imaginar futuros alternativos. Seguindo Deleuze, Guattari e Preciado, conclui que a transformação democrática exige ações coletivas micropolíticas capazes de superar o individualismo para criar novas formas de existência comunitária.
