Abstract
Tế bào gốc trung mô/ mô đệm đa năng (MSC) được xác định là tế bào gốc còn sót lại trong hầu hết các cơ quan trưởng thành, đặc biệt là mô mỡ (ASC hoặc ADSC). ADSC được xác định trong mô dưới da, có vai trò quan trọng trong việc sửa chữa và tái tạo da thông qua nhiều cơ chế đã được chứng minh. Các ứng dụng trị liệu sử dụng ADSC thực hiện rất hứa hẹn, cho thấy tiềm năng sử dụng chúng trong y học tái tạo đang trở thành một phương pháp điều trị thay thế thực sự cho các chiến lược quản lý vết thương đối với các rối loạn liên quan đến da khác nhau và giải quyết những bất lợi hoặc hạn chế trong các phương pháp điều trị thông thường.
