Review of: "Reframing Housing Policy through Behavioral Public Law: Nudges, Ethics, and Regulatory Design"
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The paper is relevant and makes a meaningful contribution to academic knowledge. However, several structural re nements are recommended to enhance clarity and coherence:. Research Design & Structure: The research design and overall structure of the paper should be clearly articulated. This will help readers better understand the methodological approach and logical ow of the argument. .Analytical Framework Development: The stated objective-to examine both theoretical and empirical literature on behavioral interventions and propose an analytical framework-is valuable.Currently, the framework is introduced at the end of Section 2, following the theoretical literature review, behavioral strategies, and legal considerations. The subsequent sections attempt to integrate theoretical and empirical insights that may inform the framework. To strengthen the paper, I suggest reorganizing the content to build a more consistent and cohesive theoretical foundation, which is then complemented by empirical literature and validation (as presented in Section 3).This progression should naturally lead into the development of the proposed framework, allowing it to emerge as a synthesis of the preceding analysis.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
