Abstract

Toko Zamshop merupakan UMKM di Purwakarta yang menjual pakaian anak secara pre-order. Proses penjualan dan promosi masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang efisien dan sulit menjangkau konsumen secara luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem penjualan berbasis web menggunakan metode prototype dengan PHP, CodeIgniter, dan MySQL. Sistem memiliki fitur katalog produk, pemesanan online, pelacakan status, dan laporan transaksi. Hasil uji black box menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan baik, dan evaluasi SUS memperoleh skor 70,5 (kategori “Baik”). Sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kemudahan bagi pelanggan, serta dapat menjadi solusi digital bagi UMKM.
