Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

<div> Global strike for the climate, movement of "Gilets jaunes" in France for more social and environmental justice, First Nations disputes around the development of the oil and gas industry in Canada... There have never been so many social mobilizations and protests about our social relationship with nature and its protection. The aim of the article is to understand the difficult passage from intention to action: no one today can stand against nature. How then to understand the inability to link principles and actions and the low performativity of discourses in favor of the environment? The article shows the permanence of the "ecological modernization" framework and its (in)capacity to frame, at a normative and cognitive level, environmental risks agenda in balance with economic and social development; citizen participation face to formal institutional negotiations and the social construction of environmental injustice against poorly shared political decisions. The overall contribution of the article is to provide a reading of current criticisms and mobilizations which obviously inform us about a global crisis of "governmentality" of environmental decisions. </div>

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
