Abstract
Le programme du nouveau cours Culture et citoyenneté québécoise (CCQ), implanté au Québec à l’automne 2024, touche certains contenus qui sont loin de faire consensus dans la société civile : prostitution, identité de genre, procréation médicalement assistée et transhumanisme, entre autres. Le présent article soulève certaines dimensions économiques et sociales en lien avec ces enjeux, en mettant l’accent sur l’analyse féministe, la dignité humaine et l’intégrité corporelle. Les différentes réalités contemporaines abordées par les auteures semblent contribuer à entretenir une culture de la dissociation de soi et un déni du corps en tant que tout organique (Agacinski), en plus d’accentuer les disparités entre Nord et Sud. Enfin, en soulevant le problème de la politisation du milieu scolaire et de l’endoctrinement idéologique de jeunes esprits (Condorcet, Arendt), cet article tente d’apporter une réflexion sur le rôle de l’instruction publique.
