Les effets du coenseignement développemental sur les stagiaires en éducation : une revue de littérature

Abstract
Cet article propose une revue systématique de la littérature sur le coenseignement développemental. Cette pratique apparaît comme une solution de rechange aux stages traditionnels visant à mieux répondre aux besoins actuels du milieu. Le coenseignement développemental implique soit deux stagiaires enseignant auprès du même groupe d’élèves soit un ou une stagiaire et le ou la titulaire de classe. Les principaux résultats montrent que ces deux modèles contribuent à améliorer la formation initiale des stagiaires, tant en cours de stage qu’à plus long terme dans leur pratique professionnelle. Les apports observés incluent, entre autres, le développement d’une vision collaborative et réflexive du métier, ainsi que le développement de l’identité professionnelle de l’apprenant.
