To reflect and focus on delivering on the organizational objectives by developing, enabling, and empowering your teams and workforce. The most valuable resource you have is your workforce. Look to behave as if you truly believe this and want to do right. As you read this final chapter, consider your progress. Consider checking with your teams and workforce.
