Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The article is devoted to the disclosure of Canada's practical assistance to Ukraine in the Russian-Ukrainian war. The purpose of the study: to analyze the main aspects of military, political and humanitarian assistance of Canada to Ukraine in 2014-2025. Within the framework of the set goal, the following tasks were identified: to assess the current state of development of defense production in Canada and the newest vector of its development, to establish the goals of providing Canadian assistance to Ukraine, to determine the main areas of support for Canada in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, to reveal the prospects for further cooperation between Canada and Ukraine in the military sphere. Methodology of research. The main research methods used when writing the article involve the use of general scientific methods based on systemic and interdisciplinary approaches. In the process of research, such general methods of scientific knowledge as scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, generalization, forecasting, specification and comparison were also used. Findings. As a result, it was found that Canada's support for Ukraine in 2014-2025. was carried out in the following areas: military aid, political support, humanitarian aid, financial support, sanctions pressure, support for Ukrainian refugees. The main attention was focused on military support and analysis of the main types of weapons and equipment that Canada has supplied to Ukraine recently. A new vector of development of the Canadian defense industry in the context of the trade war with the United States was revealed, which involves cooperation with European defense companies in the production of modern weapons. Possible areas of cooperation between Ukraine and Canada in the production of equipment according to the Danish version were analyzed, in particular for the joint production of drones. Practical value. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the disclosure of strategies for consistent support by Canada for Ukraine in the Russian-Ukrainian war from the beginning of 2014 to the present day can serve as an example for both some European countries and the United States, which do not differ in consistency either in political support or in the volume and nomenclature of supplied weapons.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
