Abstract
De acuerdo con la Organización Internacional para las Migraciones (OIM) define la migración internacional como el “movimiento de personas fuera de su lugar de residencia habitual y a través de una frontera internacional hacia un país del que no son nacionales” (OIM, 2022, párr. 35). La migración internacional es un fenómeno social, que impacta en diferentes áreas de vida de las personas que por diversas razones elegidas o forzadas migran, tales motivos pueden ser: económicos, políticos, por diversas violencias, los desastres naturales, entre otros. Por otra parte, el INEGI (2020) define la migración como “el cambio de residencia de una o varias personas de manera temporal o definitiva, generalmente con la intención de mejorar su situación económica, así como su desarrollo personal y familiar” (párr.1). La movilización de personas a otros territorios ha formado parte de la trayectoria de vida de los seres humanos, dichos desplazamientos que como señalan los datos, pueden responder a diversos motivos.
