Abstract
Reimbursement reviews are comprehensive assessments of the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, as well as patient and clinician perspectives, of a drug or drug class. The assessments inform nonbinding recommendations that help guide the reimbursement decisions of Canada’s federal, provincial, and territorial governments, with the exception of Quebec. This review assesses dostarlimab (Jemperli), 50 mg/mL, solution for IV infusion in 500 mg/10 ml vial, 500mg Q3W for 6 cycles followed by 1000mg Q6W, IV infusion. Indication: Jemperli is indicated in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel for the treatment of adult patients with primary advanced or first recurrent endometrial cancer who are candidates for systemic therapy.
