Cette recherche-intervention menée en République du Congo dans le cadre du projet XXX, en collaboration avec l’ONG XXX et le laboratoire CIRNEF de l’université de Caen, explore l’interaction entre pédagogies actives et participatives (PAP) et technologies éducatives en République du Congo. L’étude, qui repose sur la formation de 100 enseignants et inspecteurs, vise à déterminer s’il existe une interdépendance entre l’intégration des méthodes actives et l’usage des technologies de l’information et de la communication pour l’éducation (TICE). Il s’agit d’une première au Congo, où cette synergie pédagogique reste inexplorée. Nos résultats mettent en évidence un lien d’interdépendance entre les TICE et la PAP, dont l’effet peut être tantôt un frein, tantôt un levier de transformation pédagogique. L’effet catalyseur des TICE sur les méthodes actives n’étant pas automatique, il nécessite une orchestration spécifique via une formation intégrée. À partir de ces observations, nous proposons un modèle de formation-accompagnement destiné à optimiser l’implantation conjointe des TICE et des pédagogies actives, en vue d’améliorer la qualité éducative au Congo et dans d’autres pays subsahariens.
