Abstract
Devant la diversité des méthodes et outils d'appréciation des risques associés aux machines industrielles et la divergence parfois observée des résultats (inter et intra -opérateurs), il a été entrepris d'analyser en profondeur les caractéristiques des méthodes et outils proposés dans la littérature ou utilisés dans les industries à travers une programmation thématique de projets de recherche. Les projets proposés traiteront de l'aspect théorique et pratique des méthodes et outils pour apprécier les risques associés aux machines industrielles ainsi que des formations habituellement données dans ce domaine. Les méthodes et outils seront comparés entre eux ainsi que les stratégies de formation associées. Des expérimentations basées sur des mêmes situations dangereuses permettront ensuite d'en comparer les résultats. Des recommandations seront produites sous la forme de guides pratiques et techniques relatifs au choix et à l'utilisation d'outils pour apprécier les risques associés aux machines industrielles ainsi qu'à la formation requise pour les utiliser. Finalement, dans la phase ultime de cette programmation thématique, un projet sera proposé pour faire un suivi des pratiques réelles suivies dans les industries du Québec pour apprécier les risques associés aux machines industrielles. Cet article présente les questionnements posés et les projets de recherche proposés pour y apporter des réponses. Un état de la situation des projets est également présenté.
