Abstract
A 65-year-old woman was admitted for routine coronary angiography due to anginal symptoms classified as Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) class II. Coronary angiography, performed via right radial artery access, revealed significant stenoses in the proximal and mid-right coronary artery (RCA) (Figure 1A), and a non-significant lesion in the proximal left anterior descending artery (LAD) with an iFR of 0.93 (Figure 1B). A decision was made to proceed with RCA PCI in the same session. During withdrawal of the diagnostic JL 3.5 6F catheter, upper limb arterial spasm occurred.
