El congreso peruano aprobó la ley para la regulación del uso de plástico, entre sus alcances tenemos: control en la fabricación de plástico, tecnopor, sorbetes; desde agosto del 2019 las bolsas de plástico tendrán costo y cada año tendrá un incremento gradual. La idea de negocio, aparece por la exigencia de contribuir con el medio ambiente; para ello se comercializarán bolsas reutilizables, con la finalidad de transportar diversidad de productos, tales como: alimentos, documentos, cuadernos, carteras, zapatos, ropa, entre otros, que reemplace el uso indiscriminado de las bolsas de plástico, además de crear conciencia respecto al cuidado del planeta; este producto está dirigido a minimarkets, bodegas, tiendas y al público en general aunado a que contribuye en acelerar y economizar tiempo a los clientes con un ritmo de vida apresurado.
