Research on Modeling of Microwave Bandpass Filter with Simplified Three Layer Circuit Structure Based on SISL Structure

Abstract
Substrate Integrated Suspended Line (SISL) is a quasi planar transmission line that has many advantages over other traditional transmission lines, but there are currently few simulations of SISL structures. The paper models a simplified three-layer circuit structure based on SISL architecture, and obtains a modeling of the basic structure of the simplified circuit. However, in practical applications, the structure of circuits is usually very complex, and it is not realistic to model complex structures one by one. Therefore, this article simplifies the modeling of the basic structure of the structure as a coarse model, uses electromagnetic simulation results as a fine model, and optimizes more complex structures using space mapping methods. Finally, this article demonstrates the feasibility of the method through an example of a parallel filter.
