Abstract
Heterojunction-Driven Stochasticity In article number 2505150, Hocheon Yoo and co-workers present a bi-heterojunction noise-enhanced negative transconductance transistor, which amplifies intrinsic noise and entropy throughput. This enables the generation of multi-bit true random numbers from amplified intrinsic noise, which are then used as latent vectors to drive high-fidelity image synthesis.
