Abstract
Kabupaten Lampung Utara merupakan penghasil ubi kayu terbesar di Provinsi Lampung, dengan Desa Purba Sakti sebagai daerah produksi tertinggi. Petani menghadapi masalah seperti fluktuasi harga, rendahnya posisi tawar, sifat ubi kayu yang mudah rusak, serta keterbatasan informasi pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi saluran pemasaran, margin pemasaran, farmer’s share, dan efisiensi pemasaran ubi kayu. Sampel terdiri dari 44 petani yang dipilih secara acak dan 8 pedagang dengan metode snowball sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran, yaitu: (I) Petani–pedagang kecil–pedagang besar, (II) Petani–pedagang kecil– pabrik, dan (III) Petani–pedagang besar–pabrik. Saluran III memiliki margin pemasaran terendah, sedangkan saluran II memiliki farmer’s share tertinggi. Saluran I belum efisien karena nilai efisiensinya melebihi 50%, sementara saluran II dan III sudah efisien.
