Abstract
This paper examines the role of multilateral and bilateral air transport agreements concluded by the European Union in shaping the international aviation position of the Slovak Republic. It explores how EU membership has facilitated access to global markets while also imposing regulatory limitations that affect Slovakia’s ability to act independently. The paper highlights the challenges Slovak aviation faces, such as limited global connectivity and barriers to exporting advanced aerospace technologies. It further discusses strategic opportunities for Slovakia, particularly the potential for expanded cooperation with China and Canada. The findings suggest that proactive engagement in EU policymaking, modernization of export frameworks, and strengthening international partnerships are essential for Slovakia to enhance its competitiveness and secure a more prominent role in global aviation.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
