Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan keselamatan kerja pada nelayan serta memberikan penjelasan tentang pengelolaan hasil tangkap ikan oleh nelayan. Pendekatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah materi dan sosilaisasi penggunaan alat-alat keselamatan pelayaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan yang mendalam kepada para nelayan khususnya nelayan desa Margorejo Kecamatan Cepiring Kabupaten Kendal, agar dapat menganstisipasi keadaan darurat selama dalam pelayaran dan setelahnya bisa mengolah hasil tangkapnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi yang lainnya.
