Abstract

Lors du confinement (COVID-19), le corps estudiantin d’une haute école pédagogique (HEP) suisse a vécu un semestre de formation à l’enseignement secondaire à distance, pratique professionnelle incluse. Le document d’évaluation de cette dernière a dû être repensé, les visites de stage menées par un·e formateur·rice de la HEP (FHEP) étant impossibles. L’évaluation des FHEP a donc été substituée par une autoévaluation des étudiant·e·s. Il s’agit de comprendre en quoi l’autoévaluation peut être un levier d’émancipation au service du développement professionnel estudiantin. Nous présentons les résultats d’une analyse des bilans et discutons de la plus-value d’une généralisation éventuelle de cette pratique.
