Abstract
Latar Belakang: Robbins dan Wilner mengemukakan quarter life crisis adalah periode krisis yang biasa dirasakan pada seseorang berusia 18-29 tahun yang mulai mempertanyakan arah dan makna hidup, pencapaian yang sudah diraih, kepuasan terhadap apa yang sedang dijalani, serta banyaknya pilihan dalam hidup (Ameliya, 2020). Menurut The Guardian, quarter live crisis berpengaruh pada 86% anak muda di dunia (Ramadhan, 2020). Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa semester akhir di Akper Husada Karya Jaya Jakarta Utara. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik total sampling sebanyak 79 mahasiswa semester akhir di Akper Husada Karya Jaya. Hasil Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 67,1% mahasiswa semester akhir akper husaada karya jaya mengalami quarter life crisis tingkat sedang dengan aspek utamanya yaitu kebimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulan: Quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa semester akhir di Akper Husada Karya Jaya berada di tingkat sedang. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, walaupun sama-sama dalam kategori sedang, namun responden perempuan memiliki persentase quarter life crisis yang lebih tinggi.
