Dans le contexte de l’éducation inclusive, cet article présente la première étape d’une démarche d’exploration du potentiel des outils numériques au service de pratiques pédagogiques inclusives. S'appuyant sur une méthodologie interdisciplinaire type méthode Delphi, il développe un outil d’analyse visant à évaluer la pertinence et les limites des outils numériques en contexte inclusif. En mobilisant l'hétérogénéité comme ressource collective, cette recherche interroge les pratiques éducatives à travers une approche systémique favorisant l’interaction entre les acteurs et l'appropriation progressive des outils par les enseignants.
