Cette contribution présente une formation de formateurs à l’Institut français de l’Éducation (IFÉ – ENS de Lyon) visant à penser les pratiques évaluatives dans une perspective d’inclusion et d’équité. L’objectif principal de la formation est d’accompagner les formateurs d’enseignants, de la maternelle à l’enseignement supérieur, dans le développement de pratiques évaluatives sommatives plus inclusives en interrogeant les principes d’usage du numérique et de différenciation pédagogique. Les pratiques évaluatives sommatives actuelles confrontent souvent les enseignants à un dilemme professionnel : comment concilier des conceptions traditionnelles de l’évaluation fondées sur l'égalité avec des approches inclusives basées sur l'équité (Yerly et al., 2024)? Alors que le numérique est fréquemment perçu comme une réponse immédiate aux défis d’adaptation des apprentissages, nous choisissons ici de l’aborder dans une perspective inclusive (Benoit et Feuilladieu, 2017). Cette contribution défend une approche qui ne se limite pas au numérique comme outil, mais au numérique comme un outil au service d’une réflexion approfondie sur les objectifs pédagogiques et les obstacles à l’apprentissage. Cette démarche s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’alignement curriculaire élargi (Pasquini, 2019, 2021) et de la conception universelle des apprentissages (CUA) (CAST, 2024), qui favorisent une vision systémique de l’inclusion.
