Abstract
Epoxy Coatings In article number 2503507, Mohammad Arjmand and co-workers developed a stable, three-dimensional flower-like covalent organic framework (COF), self-assembled on molybdenum disulfide, to serve as a nanocontainer in anti-corrosion epoxy coatings. The synthesized COF features a dual-pore size framework that facilitates the adsorption and release of zinc cations as a corrosion inhibitor, while its redox-active CN and CN linkages enable efficient ion exchange, thereby suppressing electrochemical reactions during metal corrosion.
