Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The article examines the key ideas of human development proposed by Professor G.Kh. Popov in his new monography "Reflections of an outsider after the first quarter of the 21st century". The existing and proposed models of the world development are being investigated. The basic concept of humanity's transition "from a Consumer Society to a Civilization of Reason" is formulated. The ways of transformation of Russia as an independent civilization in the new world community are considered.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
