Abstract
Mục tiêu: Làm rõ vai trò và tác động của huấn luyện sức khỏe trong hỗ trợ thay đổi hành vi, kiểm soát bệnh mạn tính, cải thiện lối sống và nâng cao sức khỏe tổng thể, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh ưu tiên chăm sóc dự phòng. Phương pháp: Tổng quan tài liệu từ các cơ sở dữ liệu về huấn luyện sức khỏe trên PubMed, Scopus và Google Scholar. Các từ khóa tìm kiếm gồm “huấn luyện sức khỏe”, “health coaching”, “behavior change”, “healthy lifestyle”, “chronic diseases” nhằm đảm bảo phạm vi nghiên cứu toàn diện. Kết quả: Huấn luyện sức khỏe là lĩnh vực đang phát triển, giúp cá nhân cải thiện sức khỏe thông qua thay đổi hành vi mục tiêu, hướng tới lối sống lành mạnh. Làm việc cùng các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ y tế, huấn luyện viên sức khỏe hỗ trợ bệnh nhân kiểm soát bệnh mạn tính, cải thiện thói quen và nâng cao sức khỏe. Phương pháp tiếp cận toàn diện, cá nhân hóa giúp kết nối chăm sóc lâm sàng với hành vi hằng ngày. Trong bối cảnh chăm sóc phòng ngừa được ưu tiên, huấn luyện sức khỏe góp phần nâng cao kết quả sức khỏe và trao quyền cho bệnh nhân tự chủ. Kết luận: Huấn luyện sức khỏe kết nối chăm sóc lâm sàng với hành vi hằng ngày, giúp bệnh nhân tự chủ, cải thiện sức khỏe và kiểm soát bệnh mạn tính. Phương pháp cá nhân hóa và hợp tác liên ngành giúp nâng cao hiệu quả chăm sóc và thúc đẩy lối sống lành mạnh.
