Abstract
Mục tiêu: Tổng quan vai trò, mô hình hoạt động và cơ hội nghề nghiệp của dược sĩ cộng đồng trong chăm sóc sức khỏe. Phương pháp: Tìm kiếm, phân tích tài liệu khoa học từ PubMed, WHO, FIP, PGEU và các chính sách quốc gia có liên quan. Kết quả: Dược sĩ cộng đồng ngày càng tham gia nhiều hơn vào chăm sóc sức khỏe ban đầu thông qua việc cấp phát thuốc, tư vấn dược phẩm và quản lý bệnh mãn tính. Các mô hình thành công ở Pháp, Đan Mạch, Thụy Sĩ, Canada và Việt Nam chứng minh những đóng góp quan trọng của họ. Kết luận: Dược sĩ cộng đồng là lực lượng y tế chủ chốt giúp nâng cao hiệu quả điều trị, giảm gánh nặng cho hệ thống y tế và thúc đẩy tiếp cận chăm sóc sức khỏe công bằng.
