Abstract
L’objectif de cet article est de montrer comment les populations ciblées par le régime de l’assurance maladie obligatoire de base des personnes ne pouvant s’acquitter des droits de cotisation reconstruisent et reconfigurent le sens accordé à des catégories telles que le ménage, le mérite et le ciblage. Pour ce faire, notre analyse porte sur un corpus qualitatif constitué d’entretiens semi-structurés et d’une immersion ethnographique au sein de communautés créées sur les réseaux sociaux. Ces catégories ne constituent pas seulement des entités statistiques et juridiques contraignantes, mais elles sont également des ressources d’action pour les populations ciblées. Elles sont socialement reconfigurées parce qu’elles sont associées à des ressources bien définies.
