Abstract
Pelatihan pembuatan pokak telah dilakukan di Desa Curahtemu, Kecamatan Kotaanyar, Kabupaten Probolinggo, dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan dan penghasilan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 orang peserta yang dipilih dari masyarakat setempat. Pelatihan dilakukan selama 3 hari dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktek langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta telah memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat pokak, serta telah meningkatkan penghasilan mereka. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi pengembangan keterampilan dan penghasilan masyarakat di daerah lain.
