Abstract
The article examines the sustainability factors of Russia’s food system and the risks associated with inflated food prices and rising inflation. There is high inflation in the domestic dairy market. Examples are given for calculating the optimal proportions of grain exports from supplier regions by road and rail. The analysis of international statistics of agri-food prices in the 1st quarter of 2025 is given.
