ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ МЕХАНІЗМИ СТВОРЕННЯ ТА СПРИЙНЯТТЯ КОМУНІКАЦІЙНИХ ПОВІДОМЛЕНЬ В УПРАВЛІННІ Анотація.Дослідження присвячене виявленню та системному аналізу психологічних механізмів створення й сприйняття комунікаційних повідомлень у сфері управління.У роботі акцентовано увагу на тому, що управлінська комунікація є не лише технічним процесом обміну інформацією, а й складним феноменом, який інтегрує когнітивні, емоційні та мотиваційні чинники.Розкрито їхню роль у формуванні змісту, структури та стилю повідомлень, а також у процесах їхнього адекватного тлумачення, інтерпретації й прийняття реципієнтами.Показано, що ефективність управлінського впливу безпосередньо залежить від особистісних характеристик менеджера, його стилю комунікації, здатності до емпатії та рівня рефлексивної культури.Особливу увагу приділено впливу контексту управлінської взаємодії, організаційної культури та соціальнопсихологічного клімату на якість комунікаційного процесу.Окремо проаналізовано значення рефлексії, емоційного інтелекту та соціально-перцептивних процесів для підвищення точності, переконливості та адаптивності управлінських повідомлень.Наголошено, що саме ці чинники дозволяють мінімізувати інформаційні викривлення, долати комунікаційні бар'єри та забезпечувати досягнення взаєморозуміння між учасниками взаємодії.У результаті зроблено висновок про необхідність інтеграції психологічних знань у практику менеджменту, що відкриває перспективи для розроблення спеціалізованих тренінгових програм, вдосконалення стратегій управлінського впливу та оптимізації комунікаційних процесів в організаційних структурах різного типу.Отримані результати можуть бути використані як у наукових дослідженнях із психології та менеджменту, так і в практичній підготовці керівників, спрямованій на підвищення їхньої комунікативної компетентності та ефективності управлінської діяльності.
