Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi lingkungan dan kesadaran hukum bagi Karang Taruna Meohai di Desa Roda, wilayah pesisir yang dikelilingi hutan mangrove seluas 85,34 hektare. Permasalahan mitra mencakup rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan, pemahaman hukum, dan akses teknologi ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam delapan pertemuan selama Juli 2025, meliputi penyuluhan, observasi, dan monitoring. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan evaluasi pre-test serta post-test, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman rata-rata sebesar 64%. Peningkatan tertinggi terdapat pada materi komunikasi lingkungan dan konservasi mangrove (66,7%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis lokal efektif membentuk kesadaran ekologis dan pemahaman hukum masyarakat pesisir. Program ini dapat menjadi dasar pembentukan komunitas muda pesisir yang peduli lingkungan dan sadar hukum secara berkelanjutan.
