Analysis of the use of benzodiazepines and cognitive changes
Bibliographic record
Abstract
To evaluate the correlation between the use of BZD and the presence of cognitive changes among university employees in Southern Santa Catarina, data were collected from a sample of 122 individuals. Information was gathered through the application of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a screening tool for detecting Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). Variables such as age, sex, race, education, marital status, BZD use, medication dosage, duration of use, and reason for prescription were also collected. The study found no statistically significant relationship between BZD consumption and cognitive decline (p=0.077). However, the executive function domain of the MoCA test showed a statistically significant difference between BZD users and non-users (p=0.010). A high prevalence of medication use was reported, at 21.3%. The general profile of users included women, Caucasians, in stable relationships or married, primarily prescribed for anxiety, with a prevalent duration of use ranging from 0 to 12 months.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
