Abstract
La Normandie occidentale a connu de nombreuses destructions par faits de guerre lors du Débarquement et de la bataille de Normandie en 1944. Une grande partie de son industrie a été touchée par les combats et a dû être relevée. Devenue aujourd’hui sujet de recherche, la reconstruction industrielle pose la question de ses acteurs, industriels, architectes et ingénieurs, ainsi que de l’intégration des techniques de production au vocabulaire architectural choisi. L’article porte plus spécifiquement sur le secteur agro-industriel, fortement présent en Normandie et régi par des procédures de fabrication pouvant ou non impacter l’enveloppe architecturale de l’usine.
