Abstract
Resumo O cenário nacional aponta um aumento de atravessamento de fronteiras por sujeitos que buscam melhores condições de vida. Essa realidade promove implicações individuais e coletivas, pois afeta pessoas, comunidades e a geopolítica global. Este ensaio teórico tem como objetivo discutir as condições de acolhimento e inclusão social proporcionados a imigrantes haitianos no território brasileiro, especificamente na região da Grande Florianópolis, a partir de uma revisão teórica. Para tanto, este artigo discorre seus pontos centrais a partir da contextualização histórica das políticas migratórias no Brasil; o cenário da diáspora haitiana rumo ao país de acolhimento e suas particularidades; e, por fim, as condições de inclusão social e reparação psíquica no âmbito da região de Florianópolis. Com a discussão apreende-se que as medidas de enfrentamento de cunho psicológico, social e político endereçadas a essa população mostram-se deficitárias em território nacional, culminando em poucas estratégias de enfrentamentos que tornam-se efetivas em longa duração, especialmente as de acolhimento e inclusão social.
