Abstract
A estética é um dos pilares da odontologia que cresce a cada ano, assim a procura por procedimentos estéticos aumenta a fim de suprir as necessidades da sociedade, devolvendo a autoestima e a autoconfiança dos pacientes. Este projeto tem como objetivo relatar o caso clínico de um paciente do sexo feminino, com a idade de 38 anos, sem nenhuma comorbidade relevante. A paciente tem como queixa principal falta de volume e contorno nas regiões de malar e sulco nasogeniano, além de flacidez facial. Dito isso, o plasma gel, um produto também com papel de preenchedor elaborado a partir de plasma sanguíneo foi utilizado no procedimento utilizando 10 seringas contendo 1 mL cada de plasma gel PRP elaborado através da separação do plasma sanguíneo do paciente, posteriormente aquecimento e resfriamento para geleificação do produto. Aplicação com cânulas e anestesia local sem vasoconstritor em sessão única. Como resultado final obteve-se o rejuvenescimento através da reposição dos tecidos com o preenchedor plasma gel, além disso a satisfação do paciente foi alcançada, melhorando sua qualidade de vida em situações psicossociais.
