Reflexividad de artistas y co-investigadoras en un contexto de investigación-creación aplicada con personas migrantes: prácticas, ética y vulnerabilidad

Abstract
La reflexividad es una práctica que permite el desarrollo profesional, la generación de nuevos conocimientos y la mejora de las propias acciones. Este ejercicio resulta especialmente relevante en el campo de la investigación-creación aplicada, en particular desde acciones artísticas para la transformación social de poblaciones vulnerables. En el marco de un proyecto europeo, el objetivo es analizar las prácticas reflexivas de los encuentros entre 11 artistas, investigadores/as y profesionales durante la co-implementación de talleres artísticos en contextos de vulnerabilidad migratoria, considerando también la dimensión ética. Se registraron seis sesiones de reflexividad, que fueron analizadas mediante síntesis temática a partir de un análisis de contenido cualitativo. Los resultados permiten identificar prácticas significativas y reflexiones éticas que adquieren un carácter retrospectivo y prospectivo. La presencia de vulnerabilidades en el quehacer profesional resalta la importancia del enfoque ético de las acciones, especialmente para evitar la revictimización y, a la vez, ofrecer un adecuado apoyo emocional. Se evidencia el potencial de mejora profesional de estas prácticas, especialmente desde la investigación-creación aplicada con grupos vulnerables. Resulta fundamentar establecer una dimensión ética interprofesional situada en el contexto real y sus interacciones, así como incorporar estrategias de autocuidado a participantes y talleristas que favorezcan la transformación social.
