Abstract
Sur pression des Allemands, Pierre Laval revient au Gouvernement le 18 avril 1942, succédant à l’amiral Darlan. Le jeune préfet René Bousquet est nommé secrétaire général à la police. L’ordonnance allemande du 29 mai 1942 rend obligatoire le port de l’étoile jaune pour les Juifs en zone occupée à compter du 7 juin. Le 22 juin 1942, Laval dit « souhaiter la victoire de l’Allemagne, car, sans elle, le bolchévisme s’installerait partout ». Le 2 juillet 1942 sont signés les accords
